I have a degree in Dietetics and am trained as a chef, which means that my culinary creations are delectable and just happen to be really good for you. I'm a keen fermenter and at any given moment there is a wide assortment of krauts, kimchis, misos and seasonal vegetables happily fermenting away in the basement. Another passion of mine is traveling which has allowed me to learn about many different cuisines around the globe especially Korean, Indian and Balinese.

Recipe Development Do you need a professionally written and tested recipe for a publication, blog post or article? I specialize in fabulous vegan and vegetarian dishes with a healthy slant.
Cooking Demos Learn the techniques for various dishes without having to get your hands dirty. Perfect for parties and corporate events. No kitchen? No problem. I've done demos at the farmer's market, community centers and grocery stores. We'll work together to come up with a creative way to deliver maximum education an entertainment with minimal equipment. This is currently offered in the San Francisco Bay Area.
